COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT CIC
OUR STORY
Community Spotlight began in 2020 as Together We Can Portsmouth, a Facebook group set up during the Covid pandemic. At a time of challenge, we discovered something powerful: our city was full of skills, knowledge, and goodwill waiting to be shared.

The group quickly became a space where people connected, offered support, and celebrated one another’s strengths.

In 2022, we launched Community Spotlight CIC, a not-for-profit organisation with a simple purpose: to shine a spotlight on the incredible assets within our community—local people, groups, and organisations. By connecting these strengths, we help communities grow stronger together, creating opportunities for collaboration, resilience, and shared success.

OUR SERVICES
Foster relationships, promote inclusivity, and empower residents to build a stronger, more vibrant local community
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We can help revitalise underused community facilities and small venues such as coffee shops, pubs, church halls and community hubs. Our Community Engagement Consultancy Service can play a crucial role by facilitating community engagement and implementing strategies to increase usage. Contact us to to book a 1hr consultancy session.
